Muhammad Asif 's Story

Asif’s life was turned upside down after he lost his left arm in a tragic electric shock accident. Despite his disability, he refused to let his situation hold him back and tried to adapt to life with one arm. He has always felt a sense of incompleteness and limitation. He struggles to complete daily tasks. He needs an artificial arm, and your every contribution, no matter how small, can make a significant difference in his life. We request that you come forward and donate for Asif’s artificial arm to ease his life.

Muhammad Asif, a 25-year-old resident of Lahore, got a severe electrical shock three months ago. His arm was badly affected. He was rushed to the emergency room and received emergency care. Later on, his arm turned gangrenous and mummified. The doctors tried their level best but could not save his right arm and had to amputate it. The doctor advised him to get an artificial arm.

He is living in a rented house with four family members. His father is the only breadwinner in the family and earns PKR 25,000 per month. He has no other source of income. He has been struggling to make ends meet without an artificial arm. The cost of an artificial arm is simply too high for him to afford it on his own. He said in despair:

“Because I don’t have an arm, I have very low self-esteem, and it’s getting worse every day. I need financial assistance for my prosthetic that ease my life.”

He visited Transparent Hands and registered his case by submitting the necessary documents. We’re committed to providing him with a prosthetic arm. Without your help, it is not possible to collect the necessary funds. He needs an artificial arm to regain his sense of wholeness and dignity. With your help, we can provide Asif with the artificial arm he needs to live a fulfilling and independent life. Please donate for Asif’s artificial arm and help him carry out everyday tasks with ease, giving him a sense of freedom and confidence.
