Tasawur Hussain, aged 6, from Okara, suffers from Subcoronal Hypospadias that is characterised by the abnormally placed opening of the urethra located on the undersurface of the penis. The said deformity can be corrected via Urethroplasty. Urethroplasty is a simple, quick, single stage procedure that provides excellent functional neourethra, cosmetically normal looking glans and meatus. “I work at a factory and I earn around PKR. 18,000 per month. My son has a congenital condition. We have circled back and forth to various Government hospitals but we have failed to secure a date for the operation. Due to COVID I have faced great difficulties in working during the lockdowns. In these circumstances I have to run the house, pay bills and provide for a family of four members that includes my wife and three children. Affording a surgical procedure is currently out of the question.”

Tasawur Hussain, aged 4 years, a resident of Okara had an abnormal pathway for urination. He was suffering from this disease since his birth. He went to the doctor for his checkup and the doctor diagnosed him with Subcoronal Hypospadias. Then the doctor advised him of a Urethroplasty. For this purpose, he was admitted to Lahore Care Hospital, and his surgery was performed by Dr. Sajid Nayyar on 23-06-2021. He stayed in the hospital for three days and was discharged. He is in good health now all because of you.
