Nabeela Bibi's Story

25-year-old Nabeela Bibi is currently pregnant with her 3rd baby. She delivered her son and daughter through C-section because of health complications during her pregnancies and this time as well, her doctor has recommended her to undergo an operation to deliver.

Nabeela’s husband works as a laborer and earns around 600-700 PKR a day. He doesn’t only take care of his wife and children but also his old mother. In such circumstances, he cannot arrange money for Nabeela’s delivery. The couple has requested various hospitals for help but they are all demanding a huge amount of money that is not manageable for Nabeela and her family. They have now requested Transparent Hands to help them with the surgery.

“My first child’s delivery was done for free at a local hospital. For my second child, we had to use up most of our savings for the operation. Nabeela Bibi's Story

Nabeela Bibi, 25 years old, was about to give birth for the 3rd time. She had surgeries done for her previous childbirths as well. She was advised for an elective surgery again this time. Her C-section was done on 13-08-20 at Life Hospital, Lahore by Dr Farrukh Bashir. She was delighted to give birth to a beautiful baby girl. She stayed in the hospital for two days and was later discharged along with her healthy baby girl.
