Ruqaiya is a housewife who was living a peaceful life with her husband and two beautiful sons in a small town of Kasur. She has always been grateful to God for whatever little she has got and never demanded more.

However, her life took a dramatic turn when she met with a tragic road accident and lost her left leg. Now she cannot even perform her household chores due to her disability. She has visited a local hospital a few times and the doctor has advised her that she can get an artificial leg and live without crutches.

Ruqaiya’s husband is a tailor and earns only 10,000 PKR per month. With this meager income, he cannot afford to pay for his wife’s costly procedure.
