Empower Sameena Dawood with a C-section

Sameena Dawood's Story
Sameena Dawood, a 37-year-old woman from Karachi, is about to deliver her fifth child. She is 37 weeks pregnant, and as time passes, her heart is filled with extreme concerns. Sameena is a mother of four and has a history of one C-section for childbirth. This has made it difficult for her gynecologist to proceed with a vaginal delivery as it can cause various complications. She has advised Sameena to undergo a C-section for a safe childbirth. However, the cost of the C-section is beyond her family’s reach.
A C-section is necessary for the safety of Sameena and her baby. Otherwise, it may lead to various complications such as excessive bleeding, obstructed labor, and fetal distress. These can put both Sameena’s and her child’s lives in danger.
Sameena lives in a small home with her husband and four children. Her husband, the sole breadwinner in the family, is a driver and brings in just PKR 35,000 per month. A significant portion of their income goes towards utility bills, amounting to PKR 5000, as well as educational expenses of PKR 1000 every month. It leaves them with nothing to save for emergencies. Sameena’s husband is scared of what might happen if she doesn’t undergo the C-section. Unfortunately, the cost of the C-section is something that they can’t afford on their own.
Sameena Dawood said in despair:
“It’s difficult for me to spend each day thinking about what would happen if I don’t undergo the life-saving C-section. My doctor has strongly advised a C-section, but it’s costly and my husband can’t afford to pay for it. I request you to kindly help me in bringing my child into this world safely.”
Sameena is counting on your kindness. She is approaching the end of her pregnancy, but her heart is overshadowed by concerns. Sameena deserves to undergo a safe C-section, and only you can fill her home with happiness.
Let’s join hands and donate to make a life-changing difference for Sameena.
