Muhammad Shahid 's Story

Shahid’s world collapsed after a road accident that amputated his left leg. The once independent man now faced a life full of struggles, unable to provide for his family as he once did. Despite his hardships, Shahid refused to let his disability define him and was determined to regain his mobility with the help of a prosthetic leg. Unfortunately, his financial situation proved to be a hurdle in his path to independence. Shahid’s situation left him feeling helpless, and he didn’t want to be a burden on his loved ones. He longed to stand on his feet again. Please donate generously and help Shahid walk again.

Shahid, a 38-year-old resident of Bahawalpur, had a tragic road accident six months ago that left him with a severely injured left leg. After rushing to a nearby hospital, he was told that his only option was to amputate his left leg below the knee. He was devastated by the news. After his recovery from the surgery, the doctor advised him to get a left prosthetic leg so he could regain his mobility and independence.

He lives in a small house with twelve family members. However, his meager income as a receptionist barely provided enough for his big family, and he couldn’t afford the cost of an artificial leg. He said in desperation:

“Every step reminds me of what I lost. Please help me get a prosthetic leg so I can walk again with dignity and independence.”

As Shahid struggled to cope with his disability, he found himself constantly worrying about the future of his family. With no other options left, he reached out to Transparent Hands for assistance. We have registered his case, and we are committed to helping Shahid walk again and lead an independent life. However, we couldn’t do it alone and urge you to donate with big hearts.
