Seven years ago, Shaukat Ali suffered from severe pangs of pain in his abdomen. When the severity of the pain increased, he consulted a doctor. After thorough examination and testing, the doctor diagnosed Shaukar Ali with Left Inguinal Hernia. An inguinal hernia occurs when tissue, such as part of the intestine, protrudes through a weak spot in the abdominal muscles. The resulting bulge can be painful, especially when you cough, bend over or lift a heavy object.

Shaukat Ali was advised to get inguinal hernioplasty for it. This surgical procedure is done to repair a weakened area in the abdominal wall.

While a Hernioplasty promises a pain-free life to Shaukat Ali, unfortunately, he cannot afford the hefty cost of a Hernioplasty. Due to his withering age and deteriorating health, Shaukat Ali has been out of work for many years. Thus, he financially relies on his son who is the sole earner of the family. Shaukat Ali 's Story

Shaukat Ali, a 63-year-old resident of Sheikhupura, had been enduring pain and swelling in his groin region for the last seven years. Upon consultation, he was diagnosed with left inguinal Hernia. The doctor advised him to undergo left inguinal Hernioplasty. Hence, he was sent to Lahore Care Hospital to get his surgery done by Dr. Ahmed Fawad on 31-01-2022. Shaukat was discharged after three days of hospital stay. Shaukat is now living a pain-free life.
