Said Arshid Ali Bacha's Story

Said Arshid Ali Bacha, a 45 years old male from Mardan suffers from a cardiac condition called IHD. IHD stands for ischemic heart disease and refers to the cardiac problems created by narrowed heart arteries. You might have heard about this disease already by some other name such as coronary artery disease. The restricted blood flow because of narrowed arteries creates a deficiency in oxygen supply to cardiac muscles.
