Hamdan is a 4 months old chubby boy who was born with Large Ventricular Septal defect. Doctors had diagnosed his disease at the age of two months. This little soul has been suffering from severe symptoms since he was born. He experiences congested breathing due to his chest blockage and his body often turns abnormally blue. He also gets tired while feeding.

Doctors have advised him VSD closure (open heart surgery) immediately. If Ventricular Septal Defect is not repaired, his heart may fail and can also affect his lungs while deteriorating his health conditions further.

Hamdan’s father is a security guard and earns only 16,000 PKR a month while his mother works as a housemaid and earns 6000 PKR per month. His parents do not own any land or property of their own and live in a one bedroom rented house. His parents knocked every door from where they could get help for his treatment but all attempts went in vain.

Hamdan’s mother held him in her arms with tears in her eyes as she pleaded Transparent Hands for his surgery. Hamdan is now scheduled for his open heart surgery but it will be possible if you come forward and help this poor family.
