Ayesha Naz's Story

Ayesha Naz, a 25-year-old woman from Karachi, is anxiously waiting to welcome her fourth child. While this should be a time of joy and excitement, her heart is filled with worry. She is 37 weeks pregnant and has already undergone two C-sections in the past. Due to her medical history, the doctor has strongly advised another C-section for a safe delivery. However, Ayesha and her husband are struggling to arrange the amount for the surgery.

Without a C-section, both her and the baby’s life can be at risk. Due to her history of two C-sections, a normal delivery may cause significant risks including uterine rupture, excessive bleeding, and fetal distress.

Ayesha lives in her father-in-law’s house with her husband and three children. One of her children is currently in school, and the other two are still young. Her husband, a rickshaw driver, earns just 20,000 PKR a month. With the rising cost of living, his income is barely enough to provide food, and education for their children. Ayesha’s heart is filled with worries, knowing that her husband is doing everything he can, yet they are unable to afford the much-needed C-Section. During this time of need, Ayesha contacted Transparent Hands and asked for help.

Ayesha said in despair:

“All I want is a safe delivery and a healthy baby, but our financial struggles have made this an impossible dream. My husband works hard, but we can barely make ends meet. I fear for my baby and myself. Please, help us get through this difficult time.”

Ayesha’s only hope is the kindness and generosity of people like you. With your support, she can undergo the necessary C-section and safely bring her child into the world. Every mother deserves a safe delivery, and with your help, Ayesha can have hers. Let’s stand together to ensure a healthy and safe future for them.

Ayesha Naz's Story

Ayesha Naz, a 25-year-old woman from Karachi, was awaiting the arrival of her fourth child. With two C-sections in her past medical history, her pregnancy was considered high-risk, carrying potential complications for both mother and baby. On a follow-up consultation at a local hospital, her doctor carefully reviewed her condition. Considering the risks involved, the doctor advised her to undergo an elective C-section. Unfortunately, the cost of this necessary surgery was overwhelming for her family. Ayesha lived in a small two-room brick house with her husband and three children. Her husband, the sole provider for the family, worked as a rickshaw driver and earned only PKR 20,000 per month. With this meager income, it was already difficult for them to manage their household expenses, including food and utility bills. Given their financial struggles, affording Ayesha’s C-section was impossible. During this challenging time, Ayesha reached out to Transparent Hands and requested assistance. Moved by her plea, we promptly registered her case to ensure she received timely medical support.

On June 30, 2025, Ayesha was admitted to Murshid Hospital in Karachi. Her elective C-section was successfully performed the same day by Dr. Samreen Zeeshan. The procedure went smoothly, and Ayesha gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. She received essential post-operative care during her hospital stay. After making a good recovery, she was discharged in stable health on July 2, 2025.

Ayesha expressed her happiness as follows: “I am so thankful for the support I received during my most difficult time. With your help, I was able to deliver my baby safely and without worry. I can’t describe my happiness in words. Thank you sincerely.”

This safe delivery was made possible because of your generosity. You ensured the safe arrival of her baby girl while also protecting Ayesha’s health.

Her family will always remain deeply grateful for the gift of safety, joy, and peace that your support brought into their lives.
