Imran Needs Your Support to Get Rid of Hip Pain
Imran Hussain's Story
Meet Imran Hussain, a 33-year-old man from Multan, who has been experiencing sharp left hip pain and is unable to walk without support for two years. Imran is facing limited mobility, discomfort, and stiffness in the affected hip joint. Activities like standing, walking, and getting in and out of bed have become more challenging. Imran went to a local hospital and consulted a doctor. After running some lab tests and an X-ray, the doctor diagnosed him with Avascular Necrosis (AVN) of the left hip. It occurs when the blood supply to the femoral head is interrupted, leading to the death of bone tissue. To enable Imran to walk again without support, his doctor advised Non-Cemented Total Hip Replacement (THR) Surgery. However, the surgical cost is beyond Imran’s financial capacity.
If surgery is not performed, his bone tissue may continue to die due to lack of blood supply, leading to bone collapse. Consequently, Imran may never be able to walk again on his own.
Imran is living in a small brick house with his wife and two children. Imran, the sole breadwinner in the family, works as an auto driver and brings in just PKR 20,000 per month. With this meager monthly income, he barely manages the utility bills of PKR 5000, and expenses for groceries. Imran’s family depends upon him for living expenses which fills Imran’s heart with concerns. His condition is deteriorating day by day and he is barely managing his family and work life. During this challenging time, Imran contacted Transparent Hands and asked for help. Imran said in despair:
“Every step, every movement, is a struggle. I dream of a life where pain no longer holds me back. Your help can make this dream a reality. I don’t want my children to suffer because of a lack of financial support. I need your help to regain my health and find a way forward. ”
Imran’s recovery depends on this surgery. Without it, not only will his health deteriorate, but his family will continue to struggle without a stable income.

Imran Hussain's Story
Imran Hussain, a 33-year-old man from Multan, had been suffering from pain and discomfort in his left hip joint for the past two years. Moreover, he faced stiffness and limited mobility, which affected his ability to walk properly. Concerned about his condition, he went to a local hospital and consulted a doctor. After performing an X-ray and some necessary lab tests, the doctor diagnosed Imran with Avascular Necrosis (AVN) of the left hip joint. To restore his ability to walk independently, the doctor recommended Non-Cemented Total Hip Replacement (THR) Surgery. However, the cost of the surgery was beyond his means.
Imran lived in a modest home with his wife and two children. He is the sole breadwinner of his household, working as a rickshaw driver and earning just PKR 20,000 per month. With this limited income, it was difficult for them to cover their necessities. They faced immense financial hardships and couldn’t afford Imran’s life-changing surgery. During their search for hope, Imran’s family reached out to Transparent Hands. We listened to his concerns and registered his case.
On June 30, 2025, Imran was admitted to Bakhtawar Amin Memorial Hospital, Multan. On July 2, 2025, his surgery was successfully performed by Dr. Muhammad Adeel. The Non-Cemented Total Hip Replacement went smoothly. After receiving proper post-operative care, he was discharged in stable condition on July 4, 2025.
Imran and his family were overwhelmed with gratitude. He expressed his feelings in these heartfelt words:
“I was losing hope of ever walking again, but your kindness gave me strength and healing. Now, I can walk without pain and live independently once more. I am deeply thankful to all the donors who made this possible for me.”
Imran’s life has completely changed after the surgery. The surgery not only relieved him of constant pain but also gave him back the ability to move freely.
None of this would have been possible without your generosity. He and his family are incredibly grateful to you for making a meaningful impact on Imran’s life.
