Taj Meena Bibi Needs a C-Section to Safely Deliver Her Baby
Taj Meena Bibi's Story
Taj Meena Bibi, a 24-year-old woman from Karachi, is 37 weeks pregnant and is approaching the end of her pregnancy. Taj is excited to deliver her second child, but her heart is filled with concerns as well. After learning about her pregnancy, she visited a gynecologist at a nearby hospital. Due to her previous history of one C-section, her doctor expressed her concerns and told her that another C-section would be necessary for her and the baby’s safety. However, her family can’t afford the cost of her C-section.
Without the C-section, she may face severe complications like uterine rupture, excessive bleeding, and fetal distress. Her situation is critical, and a C-section is essential.
Taj’s husband runs a small hairdressing shop in their neighborhood and earns around PKR 25,000 per month. This modest income barely covers their basic living expenses. The family lives in a rented house for which they pay PKR 12,000 every month. Additionally, the rent for her husband’s shop amounts to another PKR 6000. After paying these bills, they are left with very little to cover food, utilities, and other essential needs. During these difficult times, saving money for surgery is simply not possible for them. Taj Meena contacted Transparent Hands and asked for help.
Taj Meena said in despair:
“I just want to safely deliver and hold my baby in my arms. This child means the world to me. However, financial hardships stand in our way. I request you to be generous and contribute for my C-section.”
With your generous support, we can ensure that Taj Meena Bibi receives the much-needed C-section. Your donations will help her welcome her baby into the world without fear or danger.
Together, we can be the reason she smiles with her newborn in her arms.

Taj Meena Bibi's Story
Taj Meena Bibi, a 24-year-old woman from Karachi, was approaching the end of her pregnancy with a mix of joy and anxiety. She looked forward to welcoming her second child, but concerns about her delivery overshadowed her excitement. Aware of her previous C-section, her doctor recommended another elective C-section to ensure the safety of both the mother and baby. Unfortunately, the cost of the surgery was beyond her family’s financial reach.
Taj lives with her husband and young child in a modest rented home. Her husband runs a small hairdressing shop in their neighborhood, earning around PKR 25,000 per month. Their limited income is barely enough to manage house rent, groceries, and daily essentials. Facing financial hardships, they couldn’t afford Taj’s much-needed C-section. During their search for help, they learned about Transparent Hands and reached out for support. Understanding their situation, we immediately registered Taj’s case.
On August 19, 2025, Taj was admitted to Murshid Hospital, Karachi. Her C-section was successfully performed by Dr. Samreen Zeeshan. The surgery went smoothly, and she gave birth to a healthy baby boy. Taj received proper post-operative care and was discharged from the hospital in stable condition on August 21, 2025.
With immense relief and happiness, Taj shared her heartfelt words as follows “I cannot express how thankful I am for your help. Due to your support, I safely delivered my baby without any worries. I was so scared about the cost of the C-section, but your kindness gave me peace and comfort. You made it possible for me to hold my healthy baby in my arms today. Thanks for being there during my difficult time.”
Taj has now recovered well and enjoys good health. She spends her days caring for her newborn and her elder child with new energy. Her husband and family are deeply grateful for your generosity. You became a source of hope during their time of need.
