Asifa Khan's Story

Asifa Khan 4 years old girl presented with Congenital Heart Disease (involving PDA + ASD + VSD). She was advised surgery to correct her defects and was admitted for preoperative work up in Ittefaq Hospital. She was found to have small defects in her heart and no evidence of damage because of these. So she was recommended expectant treatment resulting in closure of these defects on their own with regular follow up.
