Adeela Asghar 's Story

Adeela Asghar, a 25-year-old resident of Karachi, had been suffering from anal pain, itching, and rectal bleeding during bowel movements for three months. Both pain and inflammation are increasing day by day. She went to a local hospital for a check-up. After evaluation, the doctor diagnosed her with an anal fissure. It is a small tear or cut in the lining of the anus. The doctor advised her to undergo an EUA and lateral internal sphincterotomy of the anus to treat the fissures.
