Aiman Riaz's Story

Aiman Riaz, 15 years old, suffered from recurrent episodes of sore throat and high grade fever. On medical consultation, she was diagnosed with recurrent tonsillitis and was advised tonsillectomy. For this purpose, Aiman was admitted in Maryam Memorial Hospital and the surgery was performed by Dr. Nasheed Baig on 30.11.2020. Her inflamed tonsils were removed. She stayed in the hospital for one day and was discharged in a stable condition. Simple acts like breathing and swallowing, that were difficult before, have become much easier for Aiman now.
