Seerat Fatima's Story

Seerat Fatima 08 years old girl had Cyanosis and dyspnoea on exertion since her birth. She was diagnosed with congenital heart disease involving VSD, RVOTO (Ventricular Septal Defect, Right Ventricular Outflow Tract Obstruction). She was advised to open-heart surgery to correct the defects. Her surgery was done in Ittefaq Hospital on 07-06-18 by Dr. M. Asim Khan. She had good post-op recovery and was shifted to ICU for monitoring. Later she was transferred to ward where she was discharged with stable vitals and satisfactory condition.
