The problem started around three years ago and worsened over time. On medical consultation, he was diagnosed with osteoarthritis affecting both of his hip joints. The doctors advised hip replacement surgery as Arshad’s condition did not improve with medicines. Instead, the pain became unbearable for him. His right hip joint was replaced with the help of Transparent Hands. Presently, he required undergoing left hip joint replacement surgery. For this purpose, Arshad was admitted to Akram Medical Complex and his surgery was performed by Dr. Naveed Ali Sher on 12.02.2021.
