Bashiran Bibi's Story

Bashiran Bibi, 52 years old, suffered from lower abdominal pain and heavy menstrual bleeding for five years. On medical consultation, she was diagnosed with fibroid uterus and was advised surgical intervention by her gynaecologist. For this purpose, Bashiran was admitted in Lahore Care Hospital and her total abdominal hysterectomy along with bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy was performed by Dr. Rakshanda Toheed on 22.01.2021. She stayed in the hospital for four days and was discharged in a satisfactory condition. Bashiran is slowly recovering from her surgery and has resumed her routine activities.
