Safia Liaqat 55 years old a known patient of hypertension was suffering from ventral abominal hernia. It had become painful for last 6 months. Her mesh Hernioplasty was done by Dr Ahmed Fawad on 19/08/2015 at LMC. She had 5×5 cm defect in her abdominal wall. She had satisfactory post operative recovery. She was discharged after 3 days of post-op treatment in stable condition.
