Habiba’s surgery went well
Habiba Raheem's Story
Habiba, aged 13 years, a resident of Khuzdar suffered from foot burn due to cow manure. She was immediately shifted to a hospital where first aid was given to her. She was suffering from the left and right foot extension contracture. The doctor has advised bilateral contracture release surgery along with K wire and STSG (split thickness skin graft). For this purpose, Habiba was admitted to Patel Hospital where the surgery was performed by Dr. Aqil Shah on 20.09.2021. She stayed in the hospital for two days and was discharged in a satisfactory condition. Habiba’s pain has been relieved to some extent now.
