Iftikhar Ahmed, a 39-year-old man from Chiniot, had been battling with severe breathlessness for the past ten years. Persistent chest pain, difficulty breathing while lying down, and a constant feeling of heaviness in his chest had gradually taken control of his life. As his symptoms worsened, even simple daily activities became exhausting, leaving him unable to work and support his family. During a recent visit to a hospital, Iftikhar underwent a series of tests. The cardiologist diagnosed him with Severe Aortic Stenosis and Moderate Aortic Regurgitation. Without timely surgical intervention, he could face severe risks, including heart failure and life-threatening complications. The doctor advised a Mechanical Aortic Valve Replacement as the only effective long-term solution.

Iftikhar lives in a modest house with his wife and five children. His two sons work at a furniture shop, earning a total of PKR 50,000 per month. This income barely covers the family’s basic needs. The surgery went smoothly, and Iftikhar received proper monitoring and medical care. On October 10, 2025, he was discharged in stable condition from the hospital.
