Noor Bibi's Story

Noor Bibi, a 76-year-old resident of Rahim Yar Khan, had been suffering from episodes of upper abdominal pain for one year. She went to a local hospital and underwent some diagnostic tests. Upon evaluation, she was diagnosed with gallstones. The doctor advised her to undergo an open cholecystectomy. But sadly, Noor Bibi could not afford the surgical expenses. Determined to get the medical care she needed, she reached out to Transparent Hands for financial assistance. Her case was registered, and she was admitted to the Lahore Care Hospital, where her operation was performed by Dr. Ahmed Fawad on 14-12-2022. She stayed in the hospital for just one day. She is recovering gradually.
