Sara, a 22-year-old resident of Karachi, was expecting her third child. She has already delivered two babies via C-section. In her seventh month of pregnancy, she went to the local hospital for a checkup. Considering her previous medical records and current situation, the gynecologist advised her to undergo another lower-segment cesarean section to deliver her baby to avoid complications and risks. She could not afford to pay for the C-section. She contacted Transparent Hands to seek support for the operation. She was admitted to United Hospital, Karachi, where her operation was performed by Dr. Shabnam on 2-12-2022. She delivered a healthy baby girl and was discharged from the hospital after staying in the hospital for three days.
