Haseena Anwar 27 years old lady was experiencing severe pain at the time of defecation. She had repeated attacks of this pain for last many years. She was diagnosed with Chronic Posterior Anal Fissure and was advised surgery for relief. Her operation was done in Akram Medical Complex on 14-09-19 by Dr. Ahmed Fawad. Her lateral internal anal sphincterotomy was done by closed method. She was discharged after 2 days of hospital stay in healthy condition.
