Fizza Rehman's Story

Fizza Rehman 1 ½ years old girl was experiencing repeated attacks of chest infections since birth. She was diagnosed with Ventricular Septal Defect (VSD), Atrial Septal Defect (ASD), and Pulmonary Hypertension (PH). She was advised of open heart surgery to repair the defects. Her surgery was done in Ittefaq Hospital on 29-09-17 by Dr Salman A. Shah. Her VSD and ASD were closed, she had good post-op recovery and was shifted to ICU for monitoring and then transferred to ward where she remained admitted for the next 4 days. She was discharged with stable vitals and satisfactory condition.
