Shumaila Bibi's Story

Shumaila Bibi 23 years old lady had Cyanosis and dyspnoea on exertion since birth. She was diagnosed with complex congenital heart disease- Transposition of great arteries, univentricular heart and severe PS. She was advised open heart surgery- CP shunt to improve her circulation. Her surgery was done in Ittefaq Hospital through Pakistan Children Heart Foundation on 16-11-18 by Dr Salman A Shah. She had good post op recovery and was discharged with stable vitals and satisfactory condition after 4 days of hospital stay.
