Ume Kalsoom’s hernia has been repaired

Ume Kalsoom's Story

Ume Kalsoom, aged 46 years, suffered from intense abdominal pain. She also noticed a bulge near her navel area. On medical consultation, she was diagnosed with paraumbilical hernia. The surgeon advised simple repair to fix it. For this reason, Ume Kalsoom was admitted to Bakhtawar Amin Memorial Hospital and the surgery was performed by Dr. Shabbir Ahmed on 20.04.2021. She stayed in the hospital for three days and was discharged in a stable condition. Her abdominal discomfort has ended since her hernia has been repaired.
