Anaya Bibi's Story

Anaya Bibi, 1.5 years old, had an absent back passage. She was diagnosed with anorectal malformation. She was advised to get a posterior sagittal anorectoplasty surgery (a technique that surgically creates the child’s back passage within the sphincter muscle). Her surgery was performed by Dr. Naeem Liaqat on 25-07-20 at Mariam Memorial Hospital. She remained admitted in the hospital for two days, during which she recovered well and was discharged in a stable condition. Present day, Anaya Bibi has resumed a normal life, without having to worry about anything.
