Zareena Rasheed's Story

Zareena Rasheed, 36 years old, had a lump in front of her neck for the last five years. She also displayed symptoms of thyrotoxicosis. On medical consultation, she was diagnosed with toxic multinodular goiter (MNG) and was advised surgical intervention after control of her disease. For this purpose, Zareena was admitted in Lahore Care Hospital and her subtotal thyroidectomy was performed by Dr. Ahmad Fawad on 14.01.2021. She stayed in the hospital for three days and was discharged in a satisfactory condition. Zareena has recovered from her surgery and is comfortable in performing the routine household chores now.
