Faqeer Hussain is a miserable father who is struggling to live a normal life with his wife and kids for last few years. Faqeer’s right leg was fractured in a road accident in 2010. He underwent urgent surgery and doctors placed two implants in his right leg. He was able to walk normally but after few years, his implants started causing severe pain in his leg making it hard for him to walk and go to work.

Faqeer is now unable to work and perform his daily activities due to the pain in his right leg which is increasing with each passing day. Doctor advised him to undergo another surgery to remove the implants which are causing pain. Faqeer doesn’t have any money to pay for his surgical treatment. Faqeer and his two kids are relying on the income of his wife who works as a maid and hardly earns around 4,000 rupees a month. In such meager income, this family is hardly managing to pay the household expenses and school fees of their children. Faqeer underwent first surgery with the help of his friends and family but they refused to provide any support for his second surgery.

Faqeer Hussain is now scheduled for his procedure of implants removal in a few days at The Pakistan Society for Rehabilitation of The Disabled (PSRD). His surgery will only be possible with your donations and zakat. The holy month of Ramadan is about to end in a few days. If you haven’t paid your zakat yet, we request you to do it now.
