Donate for Ameen’s Cochlear Implant
Muhammad Ameen's Story
Muhammad Ameen has been living in a silent world due to hearing loss. His parents are worried but also hopeful because they know that he can gain sense of hearing with a cochlear implant. However, it is an expensive device and they cannot afford to pay for it. It can change Ameen’s life and give him a brighter future. We urge you to donate for Ameen’s cochlear implant operation.
Four-year-old Muhammad Ameen, a resident of Muzaffarabad, has been suffering from hearing loss since birth. Until his first birthday, his parents were completely unaware of this. His parents took him to a hospital when they discovered he wasn’t responding to his name and other voices. The doctors diagnosed him with sensorineural hearing loss. The doctor recommended that he should get a cochlear implant. An electronic device is surgically installed during cochlear implant surgery. It helps the patient with developing the sense of hearing.
Muhammad Ameen’s parents have some hope left. They know a cochlear implant surgery can help their child. However, they can’t pay for it on their own due to financial constraints.
Muhammad Ameen’s parents live in a small house. His father supports a family of six members with a meager income. He works as a laborer and earns just PKR 15,000 per month. There is no way for Ameen’s father to pay for the cochlear implant surgery.
Someone told them about Transparent Hands and they reached out to us. We will help this little boy and his family. But we need your support to improve his future.
“Since learning that our lovely child has sensorineural hearing loss, we could not have a moment of peace and we have been distressed beyond measure. I will never be able to pay for this treatment without your assistance.” – Ameen’s father
Muhammad Ameen’s parents are praying to find generous donors like you to give their son a better future. Please donate for Ameen’s Cochlear Implant Surgery and help him explore the world of sounds.

Muhammad Ameen's Story
Four-year-old Ameen, a resident of Muzaffarabad, was suffering from sensorineural hearing loss since birth. The doctor advised cochlear implant surgery after consultation. He was admitted to Ali Medical Centre, Islamabad, where Dr. Jawwad Ahmed performed his operation on 6-09-2022. He installed the internal component of the cochlear implant successfully. He was discharged after one day of stay in the hospital. After six weeks, the external component of his cochlear implant was installed. Ameen can respond to his name now. We truly appreciate your support for our cause. We could not do it without your financial gift.
