Donate for Zain’s VSD Closure
Muhammad Zain's Story
Zain, an innocent child, is facing numerous challenges due to his multiple heart defects. These conditions have greatly affected his physical growth, leaving him with limited energy and making it difficult for him to engage with his parents and play with other children. Unfortunately, without the necessary heart surgery, Zain’s future remains uncertain. The cost of the surgery is beyond his family’s financial means, placing an additional burden on their already difficult situation. In this critical time, we appeal to your generosity and compassion to consider making a donation towards Zain’s cardiac surgery. Your support can help save his ailing heart and provide him with a chance for a healthier and happier future.
Zain, a one-year-old resident from Vehari, has been experiencing symptoms of cyanosis, dyspnea, and repeated episodes of chest pain. Concerned about his deteriorating health, his parents took him to the local hospital for medical attention. After undergoing diagnostic tests, a cardiologist confirmed the presence of multiple heart defects in Zain, including ventricular septal defect (VSD), mild pulmonary stenosis (PS), and pulmonary hypertension (PHT). To address these conditions, the doctor recommended that Zain undergo open-heart surgery for VSD closure. This surgery holds the potential to greatly improve his health and provide him with a chance at a better quality of life.
Zain lives with eleven family members in a small house. The sole provider for the family is his father, who earns a monthly income of PKR 60,000. Their financial situation was already challenging, and the cost of the life-saving heart surgery for Zain is an overwhelming burden for them to bear. Zain’s father, in a voice filled with despair, expresses his heartfelt plea:
“My son has been facing the daily struggles of living with multiple heart defects since birth. Please help us secure a better future for him. Your response to our plea means everything to us.”
Fortunately, one of their relatives informed them about Transparent Hands, and we have registered Zain’s case. It is our collective responsibility to extend a helping hand to those who are in distress. Your contribution can provide Zain with the opportunity he deserves for a long, healthy, and joyful life. Don’t forget to donate to other deserving patients.
