Because of the shortness of breath and constant pain, I cannot work either. I cannot even bow down for prayers because it hurts so much; imagine my helplessness.” – Muhammad Shahid

Donate to Muhammad Shahid, 19 years old, has a Deviated Nasal Septum (DNS). Because of this, he experiences difficulty breathing through the nose and severe symptoms including pain in the forehead, face, eyes and lower body as well as eye redness, nasal blockage, and frequent fever. He has visited several local hospitals but has not experienced relief from his symptoms so far.

Shahid is the eldest among 7 siblings. The family lives in Sheikhupura in a small, two-bedroom house on rent. His father, a laborer in an aluminum factory, earns 18,000 PKR a month, which barely covers the family’s basic necessities. There is no other source of income.
