Help Irshad by contributing for her surgery!
Irshad Bashir's Story
Irshad Bashir has been undergoing continuous pain in her abdomen for more than 2 months now. Small stones have originated in her gall bladder and have been growing ever since. Irshad experiences sharp pain while constantly walking or bending. She has also shown symptoms of vomiting and fever at night. After her checkup her doctor suggested that a lithotripsy treatment is the best solution for her to get rid of these stones before they grow any larger or cause any other symptoms.
Poor with a family to feed, Irshad also works like her husband to fill the bellies of their 3 children and survive while living on the margins. Irshad’s husband drives an auto rickshaw all day while Irshad works at homes as a cleaning lady. The amount earned by both husband and wife is barely enough to keep the house running on food and bills. Irshad’s gallbladder stones now make her life tough because she can hardly work while suppressed by all the pain. Her husband cannot collect enough money to pay for her expensive surgery, but you can help with your donations! Help Irshad by contributing for her surgery!

Irshad Bashir's Story
Irshad Basir had gallbladder stones for more than 2 months. Transparent Hands arranged for her visit with Dr. Ajmal, who suggested cholelithiasis surgery to permanently remove the stones. Irshad Bashir was admitted to Zainab Memorial Hospital on 15th September 2014 and the operation took place on the same day. The surgery was successful and Irshad was discharged the very next day. “I do not feel any pain while walking or bending anymore. The doctor and nurses have taken good care of me and I am thankful for everything you have done for me”. Irshad will return to the hospital again for a second checkup after a few days.
