Nayyab has previously undergone two C-section deliveries. As she reached her sixth month of pregnancy, she visited a local hospital for a routine checkup. After considering her medical history and present condition, the gynecologist recommended that she undergo a Lower Segment Cesarean Section (LSCS) for the safe delivery of her baby. An LSCS involves making a surgical incision in the lower segment of the uterus to deliver the baby safely. Without this procedure, both Nayyab and her baby would be at risk.

Nayyab and her husband reside in a modest house, and their monthly income of only PKR 30,000 is barely sufficient to meet their basic household needs. Unfortunately, they are unable to afford the expenses associated with the necessary surgery, which puts the health of both Nayyab and her baby in jeopardy. The financial burden is taking a toll on Nayyab’s well-being as she struggles to afford proper nutrition and medication. She has expressed her distressing circumstances, emphasizing the urgent need for financial assistance.
