Fozia Muneer, a 48-year-old resident of Lahore, had been facing the challenges of a colostomy following a rectal perforation that occurred three months prior. She had undergone a Total Abdominal Hysterectomy (TAH) along with left ovarian cyst excision, during which the rectal perforation was identified and repaired.
