Two years back, Javed Akhtar, aged 37, a resident of Lahore underwent kidney transplant. After a successful renal transplant Javed Akhtar was to undergo immunosuppressive therapy, which, unfortunately he couldn’t afford. Luckily, he found out about Transparent Hands and came for assistance. Javed Akhtar’s immunosuppressive therapy has been successfully continued for 3 months starting from January 2021 until April 2021. He is regaining strength and is gradually adjusting to his new life.
