Saba can now sit and walk again comfortably

Saba Ali's Story

Saba Ali 31 years old lady was suffering from Tuberculosis of spine and both hips for 7 years. She was treated for tuberculosis but the effect of disease had resulted in Ankylosis of both of her hip joints. She was unable to sit and walk. She was advised Right Total Hip Replacement (THR) for relief. Her surgery was done in PSRD Hospital on 13-02-19 by Dr Afzal Hussain. Her Total Hip Arthroplasty (THA) was done. She remained alright after surgery and was discharged in satisfactory condition with follow up physiotherapy sessions.
